Manual & Sports provides hands-on physical therapy designed to reduce pain, increase range of motion and treat a variety of biomechanical dysfunctions caused by injury, surgery or illness. We are located in Rockville, Maryland. Manual physical therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy delivered with the hands instead of a device or machine.
Manual therapy has been shown to be more effective than exercise alone in treating pain. Our patient-centered approach to physical therapy involves working with patients and their physicians to assess, understand, and heal. Using traditional manual therapy combined with new techniques, we provide a holistic experience that gets patients back to their every-day routine - back to exercise, back to work, and back to living pain-free.
