Our physician-led program, under the direction of cardiologists Dr. Michael Chen and Dr. Dennis Friedman, and pulmonologists Dr. Safy John and Dr. Ajit P. Kuruvilla, is focused on helping patients achieve the most active life possible despite any cardiopulmonary diagnoses and physical limitations.

Working in partnership with Board Certified Nephrologists, our clinical team is trained to provide specialized care and services to patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and related diagnoses. For seniors with advanced renal disease, the frequency of trips back and forth to a community dialysis center can be exhausting.
