I cannot believe how clean my previously very dirty carpet is. They even removed rust stains left by a previous cleaner. They were on time, polite, and hard-working.

I hired them to clean my carpets which were pretty badly pet stained. After waiting close to 24 hours to dry, it became apparent that my carpets looked nearly identical to their previous condition. A call to the owner yielded nothing-no offers to come and attempt to clean the stains once again (as many people claim they did on their website reviews), nothing. Only a half-hearted apology when I asked why he hadn't bothered to inform me that my carpets were virtually uncleanable. They were more than happy to take my money for a job they knew they would be inadequately be able to perform, with
