Services
Trapeze Yoga
Trapeze Yoga combines suspension training with traditional yoga principles to build functional strength and improve flexibility. This dynamic practice uses gravity-assisted movements to develop core stability while decompressing the spine through inversion therapy. Ideal for individuals seeking low-impact workouts that enhance body awareness and joint mobility.
Restorative Trapeze
Restorative Trapeze focuses on passive stretching and supported inversions to release muscular tension and improve circulation. The 60-minute sessions use trapeze support for deep spinal traction while incorporating breath-work to reduce stress. Recommended for recovery days or individuals managing chronic pain conditions through non-invasive therapy.
Power Trapeze
Power Trapeze delivers high-intensity suspension workouts that build upper body strength and enhance grip endurance. The first half focuses on resistance training using bodyweight mechanics, while the second half emphasizes spinal decompression through inversion holds. Designed for active individuals seeking efficient full-body conditioning in a single session.
Beginner Series
Our four-week beginner series establishes foundational skills for safe trapeze practice. Small group instruction progresses from basic suspension techniques to controlled inversions over consecutive weekly sessions. The curriculum emphasizes proper alignment and gradual strength development to prepare students for regular class participation without prior experience requirements.
Private Training
Private training offers customized one-on-one instruction tailored to individual fitness goals. Sessions accommodate up to 20 participants for group events while maintaining personalized form correction and progression guidance. Available for special occasions, corporate team-building, or backyard installations with mobile trapeze equipment setups.

After a life changing situation I was looking for a way to take better care of body and mind. I looked around and found High Definition. The instructors and versatility of this program drew me in. Since joining I know I made the right decision. I look forward to my time there and if I have to miss a class I feel I'm cheating myself. The atmosphere is laid back, but make no mistake we work hard and get results. There is no judgment ! Instructors are always there to discuss and to help you out with any questions or adjustments that may be needed. When there you can feel the passion. Would highly

High definition is incredible, and I recommend this trapeze studio to friends and clients of mine all of the time! Haley and her staff are so friendly and very helpful; they always help the newbies feel comfortable and assist in the inversions if anyone needs help. My personal favorite class is trapeze gravity aka restorative trapeze. My neck has never felt better, and I always leave feeling so glad I got myself to a class. Highly, highly recommend this fitness studio
