Heat went out about 3 weeks ago. Justin came out and discovered the problem. He said the part would be around $700 and he would have to see about the availability. I have lived in this house for years so I'm aware of the repairs. Neither the owner nor I heard back from Chad's. She called Harrison's because a family member had recommended them. The owner came out, said what the problem was and left to find the part. Less than an hour later he was back with the part and it only cost $450. She canceled the maintenance package she had with Chad's. Chad's told me my compressor was bad less than a year

These folks know their business & are always prompt, polite, and professional. The Annual Contract I just bought is an absolute bargain for those people who actually have bi-annual maintenance done on there equipment. Have called them for Emergency Service (at night & on a Holiday weekend), they came right out and had me fixed up in no time for an Unbelievably low price. Couldn't Recommend them more!
