Teamwork is looking for dedicated individuals with a strong background in fitness, dietetics, coaching or personal training to join our team. Teamwork is a Semi-Private fitness training center located in Bloomington and Linton, IN. Our key clients are student-athletes ages 12-21 ranging from middle school athletics to college.

We reached out to Teamwork because Brett needed to get faster and gain weight at the same time to maximize his potential in baseball. This was a challenge, as he is also a basketball player and he has struggled to put on size with all of the running involved. The Teamwork coaches assisted us with obtaining supplements for Brett as well as helping him with proper food intake to help assist with weight gain.

You can try out one to two workouts if you come with a friend or set this up with Erin before you attend. There are not pay per sessions available. This depends on the program, but we have 6 week options, 4 week options, 3 month options, 12 month options. Athletes do not have to wear masks, but coaches will wear masks.
