Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional abilities through personalized treatment plans. We use evidence-based techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. Patients receive education on self-management to maintain long-term health benefits.
Geriatric Care
Geriatric care addresses age-related mobility challenges, emphasizing fall prevention and functional independence. We employ low-load, high-repetition exercises to improve joint health and muscle strength. Tailored home exercise programs ensure ongoing support for elderly patients' wellness goals.
Functional Dry Needling
Functional Dry Needling targets neuromusculoskeletal pain and trigger points using thin filiform needles. This technique deactivates muscle knots, reduces tension, and improves range of motion. FDN is grounded in Western medical science and complements other rehabilitation strategies.
Lymphedema Treatment
Lymphedema treatment combines manual lymphatic drainage, compression therapy, and targeted exercises to manage swelling. Patients learn skin care techniques and self-massage to maintain fluid balance and prevent complications from lymphatic system dysfunction.
Vestibular Therapy
Vestibular therapy addresses balance disorders and vertigo through specialized exercises. We assess inner ear function and design programs to improve proprioception, core strength, and spatial awareness, reducing fall risks and enhancing stability.

The therapists are all wonderful however, I will NOT be resuming my therapy here as they try to charge me for each time I am unable to make it to an appointment. I understand this is their policy but after I was told all was good and there were no charges I showed up for my appointment and told I owe them $75 for missed appointments. Therapy is supposed to be a good experience not a stressful one. Sad I am forced to find a new place now.
