Back In Motion is a locally-owned sports & personal training facility and physical therapy clinic located in Fort Myers, Florida that bridges the gap between rehabilitation, sports performance, and fitness. Our experienced and certified coaches and doctors help athletes & adults achieve their unique fitness goals through specific, proven, and purposeful programs that are safe and effective.

Back In Motion's mission is to have Physical Therapists and coaches collaborate to give unrivaled service to our clients ranging from athletes to adults during their journey to peak performance and achieving their ideal fitness goals. Studies have shown that athletes who commit to a well-designed strength and conditioning program have fewer injuries, increased strength levels, improved confidence, more flexibility, and better endurance.

Ashley Gray is BIM Fitness & Performances Co-Owner. Her love and passion for fitness and nutrition started several years ago in highschool while being a soccer athlete and after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Ashley loves to live a active and healthy lifestyle while also spending time with her family and friends.
