Stride Physio is a unique orthopedic physical therapy clinic dedicated to maximizing the quality of life for our clients. Stride Physio is a physical therapist- and woman-owned clinic in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. We are located on the Burke Gillman trail and within walking distance of the University of Washington and Fremont. We have an open movement space plus four private treatment rooms - all with views of Lake Union.

Our physical therapy sessions are one hour long. Through extensive examination and rigorous evaluation, we provide a physical therapy diagnosis, which allows us to provide a targeted plan of care.

Advanced soft tissue techniques: Soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, trigger point release, tool assisted friction, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping massage, scar & adhesion release and mobilization.Joint mobilizations and manipulations: NAIOMT influenced joint mobilizations, mobilizations with movement (Mulligan), and functional mobilizations/manipulations.
