I have known Gary for more than 20 years. The only way I would EVER be represented by anyone else, is if he no longer was in practice. I can honestly say without any hesitation, that he is a PARADIGM OF EXCELLENCE. When he first represented me, his experience and dedication actually created a precedence, essentially enabling others to be awarded should they become injured on the job from this employer (which is a global company). Gary Levine has been my Workers Comp. Attorney since the Insurance company first disallowed my case. He quickly got that fixed, and has for the last 5-6 years continually helped my case and gotten the best results I could have hoped for. He is a fine Attorney, a true gentleman, and a very nice guy. Gary has been representing me in the Workers' Compensation Court for 16 years now. I sustained a fractured vertebrae in work in 2002. Complications from the injury followed. Despite the company's best efforts to mitigate their responsibilites, Gary NEVER backed down from defending me.
