Conveyance

Real Estate conveyancing is the process by which a Buyer acquires property from a Seller. After the parties enter into a Purchase & Sales Agreement the Buyer is responsible for securing financing. All lenders require a Title Search to ensure the title is clear of any defects. The Closing Attorney often acts as the title attorney for the Buyer to complete the title search.

Putting a formal estate plan in place is does contemplate the morbid thoughts of your demise, but identifying your goals will ultimately give you peace.

Our office is often asked to handle probate matters pursuant to real estate transactions as there are a large number of sellers that are not aware that a probate administration is required to complete their real estate transaction.

A Short Sale is a bank's willingness to accept less money than what is owed in order to facilitate a private sale between a willing seller and a willing buyer. Short Sales are accepted within the discretion of each lender based on the individual circumstances of each homeowner/seller. Anyone that can demonstrate a financial need for a short sale will be considered.
