Services
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy focuses on eliminating pain sources through personalized, one-on-one sessions. Using advanced manual techniques, we address orthopedic injuries, posture imbalances, and chronic conditions. Patients receive tailored treatment plans combining hands-on care, functional movement training, and strength-building exercises to restore mobility and prevent future injuries.
Sports Performance
Designed for active individuals, this service enhances athletic performance through sport-specific rehabilitation and injury prevention strategies. Our therapists use movement analysis, strength conditioning, and mobility optimization to help athletes return to peak performance safely. Tailored programs reduce recurrence risks while improving agility, endurance, and joint stability.
Functional Performance
This service rebuilds daily living abilities through balance improvement, coordination exercises, and gait training. Ideal for post-injury recovery or age-related mobility challenges, it focuses on restoring independence through progressive functional tasks. Therapists integrate real-life scenarios to ensure practical, lasting improvements in daily activities.
Dry Needling
Dry needling targets muscular trigger points to alleviate chronic pain and improve range of motion. Certified therapists use thin needles to release tight muscle bands, promoting natural healing responses. This technique complements manual therapy for conditions like TMJ dysfunction, tension headaches, and sports-related soft tissue injuries.
Post-Surgical Rehab
Post-surgical rehabilitation focuses on regaining strength and mobility after procedures. Our phased approach includes scar tissue management, joint mobility restoration, and progressive strength training. Therapists collaborate with surgeons to follow protocol-specific timelines while prioritizing patient comfort and functional independence.

I always get positive results after I have a session with Elaine Tsay. 5 years ago I had neck and upper back pain and she gave me the tools to eliminate my pain and this time with my hip and lower back. She is extremely knowledgeable, listens, is caring, encouraging and upbeat! She has endless energy and motivates me to do my exercises to continue to live an active life.

Since I've had 2 knee replacements and now am receiving help for sciatica, I can say without reservation that Austin Manual Therapy is the only place I would ever go to. In fact a year ago, a friend said that her husband had been going to physical therapy with poor results, so I recommended Austin Manual Therapy. He was delighted with the results. I was over 70 then and the treatment hurt then and afterwards. For my second
