With just five clients and two CNAs, Family Bridge opened it's doors in 1996, with a dedication to provide the best service for those in need. Now, more than twenty years later, we have grown to be able to service clients in 59 counties across Georgia. The SOURCE program is most common for elderly/disabled clients who fall under a specific income level.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a registered Medicaid Provider servicing persons with mental health issues and developmental disabilities, all of our prospective employees are required to submit and pass a background check via 3M Cogent, a third-party fingerprinting company.
