Lake Pizza & Restaurant was established in 1977; two Greek immigrants with a vision, George Sgouritsas and Gus Antifantis, opened the first location on 39 Thompson Road in the first floor of a two family house. The menu of Classic Italian favorites expanded until more room was needed. That's when the two partners and their wives started the construction of the current building in the mid 1980's.

30 pieces of fresh boneless chicken smothered with Frank's traditional hot sauce with a side of blue cheese dressing. Fresh iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, Greek Kalamata olives, red onions, and pepperoncini. Traditional Caesar made with fresh romaine lettuce, deli style croutons, parmesan cheese with grilled seasoned chicken breast.
