Gia's own pan-fried mozzarella served over a bed of San Marzano tomato sauce and topped with fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. Handmade ground beef, veal, and pork meatballs baked and simmered in a San Marzano tomato sauce, topped with Italian herbed cheese, served with grilled crostini. Crispy calamari pan sauted in our roasted garlic butter and white wine, finished with a touch of lemon juice and banana pepper rings.

Broiled haddock, jumbo shrimp and scallops topped with our seasoned bread crumbs and garlic butter. Pork Loin stuffed with broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers and fontina cheese finished in a white wine demi-glace sauce. Served with potato and vegetable. Boneless chicken medallions egg-battered and sauteed with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts and domestic mushrooms, topped with mozzarella cheese in a white wine sauce.
