Custom exercise programs enhance strength, flexibility, and biomechanics. We provide home routines and video tutorials for runners, cyclists, and dancers. Exercises target injury prevention and performance optimization.

Over the course of leading a very active lifestyle (and lifting at a competitive level), I have worked with over 5 physical therapists in rehabbing various injuries and after surgery. Todd is by far the best of all the PTs with whom I have worked for these reasons:
1. attention to detail. Suggesting small tweaks in how the body is positioned during exercises has helped me activate certain muscles and strengthen them faster than I did with previous physical therapists
2. deeply understanding anatomy. Pain during PT exercises was not met with "ok, let's stop" but rather an insightful suggestion

If only words could do justice to how great Todd and his wife Jen are at their craft. I cant recommend these two enough. Personally they have helped me overcome excruciating back pain, nagging knee pain, and have taught me how to really take care of my body. Also, Ive seen and heard numerous stories from people that they have helped that song their praises just as much as I do.

I have been seeing Etbst for a while, met him through my business, I was sent to another therapist by my Nerosurgen. But they didn't seem to listen to what I was saying. So I called Todd Erbst up at the time I had ruptured a disc in my low back and was struggling to even walk. Was told by my Nerosurgen, that 4 disc in my low back was damaged, 20lbs for life from now on.It took about 3 weeks but I was walking again, have 5 disc in my neck and have had 2 disc's fused. .Todd has been working with me since 2010. I still see him just as I call it a body tune up.This Therapist is THE BEST in the Raleigh
