We are a lot disappointed in the lack of care my wife's Emotional Support Animal "Buddy" received at this location. X-rays and labs that were to take 48 hours. She was told;
"It's either one of two types if pneumonia or cancer, here's some antibiotics, we'll call with lab results, or if these work he should be impoved in 72 hrs". That left us with a dying dog, no lab results, or clear information to be able to make choices. We have Buddy nearly depleted of Oxygen at 1am on a Sunday morning, and forced to travel to an expensive all night vet clinic in Austin. They indicated his case should have
