I needed my watch band adjusted. They took care of me in less than 5 minutes and charged only $5! They also replaced a watch battery in a different piece for $5! Great customer service and friendly staff!

I have to say, I have been in many jewelry stores in my lifetime. Sadly, some are so Pretentious and downright rude so I was skeptical to go into yet another, but let me tell you, I was greeted by Laura so sweetly and happily I was at ease right away. A few days ago I decided I was going to propose. Early this morning I decided to check out reviews of ring shops and was impressed with the highly rated Jewelers of Las Vegas.
As a guy, picking out the right ring can be pressure filled! Monica really was my sales consultant. She helped steer me on the right direction without that salesy vibe a lot of jewelry stores have.
I showed her a pic, she showed me a ring, done! Can't really say more than that.
Video called my girlfriend, and Monica took over lol. We showed her the choice and she approved. Also loved there was no haggling over price.

Mackenzie was amazing! Back in July she helped design an infinity engagement ring for my wife that we searched everywhere for. She had it made exactly the way she wanted it. This month she helped me pick out a pair of diamond earrings with rubies for her birthday. She loved them! We also cane to her last minute for a wedding band and we found the perfect one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a woman's watch there for my girlfriend's birthday (which is in November) for several hundred dollars on @ 10/19/20. But, unfortunately, my girlfriend and I broke up (surprise! surprise!) before her birthday.

I tried to return it there on 10/31/20 (about 12 days later). I, obviously, don't need a woman's watch under the circumstances. Unfortunately again, for me (surprise! surprise!), they told me that they do not refund any items in

I had called them up to check their prices for batteries for a watch it was a great price so in the afternoon walked in there and greeted very nice people invest in 10 minutes they had my batteries in my two watches got it at a great price was very happy with them I think they're amazing

I went here to buy some earring and was helped by a nice lady named Laura, she helped me find the perfect set and even helped me out by suggesting that I have them turned into screw backs to prevent them from easily falling out. Saved me a lot of money and had me in and out faster then expected. 5 star customer service for sure!

Came in to get an estimate to resize my fiancés engagement ring. After checking out some other places coughLyghtJewelerscough** I was expecting the price to be almost equally as high come to find out the other places were trying to rip us off probably because we are a young looking couple.

But not this place!! The Jewelers of Las Vegas is definitely a trustworthy company. They gave me a very affordable estimate and the turn around time was super quick. I have been taking my watches here for new batteries for the past couple of years. Today I came in again, but this time the jeweler was in, so he was able to change the batteries on 2 of my watches while I waited. "Marcie" took care of us and while we waited she showed us wedding rings because I mentioned we had never bought rings when we were married 11 years ago. Came in to get my ring sized and they were very cautious about making sure there was no damage done. They warned me and gave us options that could take place while helping me figure out my correct size. They put a spacer on the ring and didn't charge me anything. Beautiful jewelry was displayed everywhere. Recommend.

Quoted me $5 for a watch battery replacement when when the place down the street quoted me $10. Also nice selection as well. Great customer service!

Needed a ring resized, came here and was very pleased. They finished it in 15 minutes and cost only $30! Highly recommend this shop.
