Very friendly and professional! I felt so much more comfortable going to HGL Certified Jewelry Appraisers than anywhere else I looked into. I was told that I would have to drop off my rings or quoted very high prices at other places. Here I was able to sit and watch as the appraisal was being done. And I felt the prices were better than fair.

I highly recommend a AGL Certified Jeweler Appraisers. I had an appraisal done by Richard and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He let me know every step of the way what he was doing, and also further educated me on the different factors in appraising jewelry. I already had an appraisal from the Jeweler that I bought my ring from, and I wanted to know if it was accurate. Richard's appraisal was almost spot-on with my previous appraisal, only better. The appraisal that Richard did was more thorough then my appraisal from my Jeweler.
