Our realtor Joseph Ruiz was easy to talk to and listened to all our requests in a new house. He was flexible with scheduling and always available. Joseph also guided us with listing and selling our current home, while finding our next home. He's down to earth and highly recommended. We don't plan to move because we love our new house, but if we did, we would definitely work with Joseph again. Thanks for everything Joseph, we'll let you know when the pools ready!!

Vanessa and her team worked with me for half of 2021 to find the right home for me to purchase. They are great listeners and only recommended properties to look at that met my criteria (or were close enough to them to make it worth a closer look LOL). They were also instrumental in ensuring a smooth and complete settlement process when a home inspection report showed important needed fixes. We had an unfortunate experience working with agent Vanessa Byrd. She was difficult to communicate with and handled our interactions with minimal tact. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you are considering using Vanessa. Mosaic as a company has been impressive overall. That's why it surprises me that they would hire someone like Vanessa, who falls well short of the level of professionalism one would expect.

Joseph Ruiz is the best agent we have ever worked with. His professional and always kind demeanor sets an example for agents everywhere. Our last deal with Joseph had many unforeseen hurdles. He was able to quickly and efficiently handle negotiations and satisfy all parties. He was available 24/7 to answer all of our questions. He handled our most difficult home closing with ease.
