To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer 1:1 nutrition consultations, 1:1 nutrition coaching and Group Nutrition Services. Before you can make a good decision, you need to understand all the facts.

We will share how your health involves not only your fitness, but also what you eat and how much rest you get. Everybody is created differently with their own personalities, likes, and dislikes. We will guide you through our different options and suggest which one would be the best fit for you.

Many of these movements you already know - we're just going to make you better at them. We'll teach you how to jump, squat, pull, and press with safe, effective technique so you can get stronger and avoid injury.

During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are. This course will bring your fitness up to speed and teach you the foundations of CrossFit (movements, philosophy, nutrition), while giving us a chance to evaluate movement.

If you're just starting up, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you're up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week. CFM is about creating a place and space for you to have your best hour of the entire day, every day!
