I called to just ask if they take my insurance and the person was very short and nasty. I was thinking it maybe was because she heard an African American voice on the other end of the phone.

Well where do I begin? A week or two we had called about another NeuroPT place we found nearby. They took Information down, said we have Medicaid but working on also getting Medicare as well currently. They said thats fine and that well get back to you within the next couple of days; giving a specific date of Evaluation on November 10... Throughout the days leading up to the Evaluation date weve been calling to make sure theyre talking to insurance... They said everything is just about okay well give you a call the day before to confirm the evaluation appointment
