Personal training memberships at Knockout Boxing are the most flexible and effective memberships that we have to offer. Sessions are scheduled to your convenience and membership pricing reflects the length of personal training sessions and how many times you would like to meet per week.

All personal training sessions are completely one on one and workouts are catered to clients individual goals whether it be anything from weight loss to sports specific training. Memberships are also inclusive meaning that members may also participate in any other class we offer at no extra cost! Stop by any of our gyms and get a class on us! 2 No time slot needed, you will be sent weekly individualized workouts and come in to the gym anytime to complete.
Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio Kickboxing classes are great for those that are looking for fun and fresh ways to efficiently burn 500-1,000 calories in a 45-55 minute class session. Class structure consists of a 10 min warm up (normally Jump Rope, Jogging or Stretching), then 4 minute rounds on the heavy bags with a new combination given every 1-2 minutes, and every 5th minute an active rest movement is used to bring the Heart Rate back down.
Personal Training

Our Personal Training programs are our highest level of service. Whether you are looking for weight loss, conditioning, muscle building, toning, or you want to learn how to box the personal training route will get you there! Available in 30 min and 60 minute sessions, we devise a program based off the individuals goals, availability and budget.
Adult Skilled Boxing

Our Adult Skilled Boxing Program is best for any level of experience or skill level. The skilled boxing program requires no previous experience prior to sign up. Our training sessions are constructed to teach the basic fundamentals of boxing up to the more advanced skills. With our classes you will be taught offensive and defensive tactics, live sparring and intense conditioning.
