We stopped at Inloe's to get service on a water heater they had installed 12 years ago. We found out that they no longer sell or service water heaters but they did provide the name of a plumber that they recommend.

From the moment I called the friendly phone staff were very polite and helpful. CJ came out to give me an estimate and was on time and professional. I had follow up questions and CJ again took the time to speak to me about everything. On installation day they were prompt and professional even making sure I knew the backyard gate was secured every time so I wouldnt worry about the dogs getting loose. I felt confident in the product and in the job they did and their prices were competitive. Highly recommend.

They put in a system for me last year and did a fantastic job on installation. Cooling this year was flaky and I had them come out. Found that the Bryant system was running as expected. Thermostat that I installed runs a weird algorithm which was causing the issue. Great service.

Inloes was excellent. They installed a brand new heat pump and air handler. I shopped around and they were absolutely the best bang for my buck. I received a larger, more efficient unit for hundreds less. The installation was on-time and as promised. The guys were friendly and left my house cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend Inloes.
