I wish we could have this conversation over coffee and donuts, but an online bio will have to do for now. I cannot get enough of making a big deal of people and their love. I live in Lincoln, Nebraska with my wonderful husband David and our three vibrant girls, Claire, Jane and Ivy. They are incredible, cute, and a little nuts - I love them to pieces.
I don't consider myself to be overly emotional or sentimental, but when it comes to editing photos, it's a whole different story. At some point in looking through the images I take of you, something is guaranteed to stop me in my tracks and bring on a tear (or sometimes a whole bunch). You're all just so darn lovely.

I have to kick off this post with the most accurate image for how much energy these kids have. It is nonstop! It was so much fun getting reacquainted with Ariadne, Porter and Emily since the last time I saw them. Ari bowled me over with how grown up she is. What a sweetheart! She has always been so fun-loving and smiley and I can see her adulthood peeking through in the image on the left.

Time with these three kids (and of course, their parents) is sweet! I finally got to meet little Isla and get this crew some up-to-date photos that include their littlest member. Christian, Elise and Isla are three-of-a-kind for sure (Hello, three identical sets of gorgeous blue eyes!), but they are each so unique and they shine in their own different ways.

To be with the Schnicks is to be laughing. What a fun session! The last time we did this, these kids were TINY BABY CHILDREN. Not really babies, but they were so little, so it was a wonderful to catch this glimpse into the current chapter of life with this fam. Connor and Emery are so uniquely different as siblings go, but they have a sweet bond and appreciation for one another.

Jenny has been photographing my children for nine years (since my oldest was 6 months old) and there is no one I would trust more than Jenny to work with my kids, get us to our best selves and have fun while doing it! Jenny is super talented photographer and her style of finding individual sparks in everyone makes photos extra special. The final result are photos that capture our family truly, for who we really are in a loving and the best possible way. Love Jenny and her amazing talents!

Jenny was amazing for our family photos! We have two young kids and her interaction with them was spot on! My husband and I generally do not enjoy getting our picture taken, but after working with Jenny and viewing the final collection, we can't wait to do it again! Jenny Rawson photographed our wedding as well as engagement pictures and she was nothing short of amazing! Jenny was an absolute treat to work with; her communication, organization, and personable nature were just what we needed for our big day. Jenny made everyone feel comfortable and the pacing for pictures flowed smoothly. She worked great with the kids as well as the adults. We have now worked with Jenny several times - for our son's one year photos, maternity photos and our daughter's newborn pictures. She is super easy to work with and takes amazing photos. Our 1 year old son is quite shy around new people but has really warmed up to Jenny right away each time we've worked together. She is great at making him comfortable and finding creative ways to make him smile and laugh for photos. We couldn't be happier with our experience!

We're so happy with the photos Jenny recently took of our family. She has a seriously great eye that gave us so many lovely photos. She was super professional and really prompt in her communication before and after the session, and got our photos to us quickly. And during the session she made all of us--adults and kids--feel really comfortable, like we were hanging out with a family friend. We'll happily use her again in the future.

I love having Jenny take our pictures. She is fun, super creative, and works really hard to capture images of your family that are unique and stunning. Each time I get the pictures back I have such a hard time deciding which ones to display, because I love them all. Jenny is punctual, flexible, and gets the photos back to you in a timely manner. She's simply the best. You should definitely give her a try!

Our family has done family photos with Jenny 3 times. We've also referred family and friends for senior pictures and family photos.
Jenny does excellent work -- she cares deeply about capturing beautiful photos and takes the time to make sure that in addition to being great pictures, her images capture WHO we are. She is prompt with correspondence and provides follow-up on the timeline she promised.
Jenny is relaxed and willing to go with the flow with our small children. She helps the individuals she's photographing relax and makes suggestions as necessary. Her images are fun, real, and beautiful
