Now in his seventeenth year of strength and conditioning training, he is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, an Underground Strength Coach, and specializes in Russian Kettlebell (SFG) training.Our coaches know how to program workouts that are effective yet not repetitive, creative fresh programming.

Learning how to time your meals and eat for your body type, lifestyle, and activity levels, takes time.

E~Lab Essentials - Four one hour sessions to prep you for your journey at the Energy Lab. Your trainer will take you through a movement screen to ensure you are ready for this style of training. Once you are screened successfully, you will learn and experience the key exercises including: body weight, free weights, sleds, Kettlebells, ropes, and sandbags.
