After nearly four decades of skill refinement in the residential home building industry, Dave Preston, and his wife Julie developed Integrity Home Inspections. Dave's home-building career began in California, framing homes and doing interior trim work. After relocating to the Aspen - Vail areas of Colorado, he designed and built specialty stairs, such as free-standing circulars.
In 2001, Dave and Julie were drawn to the historical homes of Virginia. The couple lives in the Garland Hill Historic District, where they have restored one of the Jewels of Lynchburg. At Integrity Home Inspections, Dave is utilizing his experience in all phases of construction, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive report of the home's systems.
