Boondocks opened their doors over 25 years ago as a small ice cream shop. The current kitchen was the entire building. Quickly realizing Ramrod Key was in need of more than just ice cream the original owners expanded the menu to include sandwiches, and later added beer and wine to the mix. It wasn't until 2001 that the real transformation began to take place.

Boondocks "Southern Cooking Keys Style" takes quality Tropical Fare in generous portion size to a high level.
