Prism Real Estate Services, LLC (PRES) was founded in 2012 to provide first class management, maintenance, and accounting services for our growing multifamily investment portfolio. Since then, our management services have grown to include office, residential, retail and industrial properties for our own portfolio, as well as third party clients.
In addition, PRES affiliate services have expanded from investment services to include maintenance services, construction services as well as lawn and landscape services, providing for vertical integration and value add for our investors and clients. Prism Jeans Day began in 2016 in an effort to provide financial support to various local and national non-profit organizations. Prism Real Estate Services employees are invited to wear jeans on the first Friday of every month for a $5.00 donation. These funds are donated monthly to a charity.
