If you are thinking about renting here please read the other negative reviews. They sum up what its like to live here. In short, this place is disgusting and overpriced. Look elsewhere!!! While we lived here we had bug infestations, constant leaks, and mold problems. Oh also, they will keep your security deposit even if you arent charged for any fixes or cleaning fees. It all goes to bogus termination fees.

Cypress point is good at price but you will not be getting your security deposit back with the final bill, they charge a 275 cleaning fee as well as other cost, they also charged a $60 dollar fee to sub lease but forgot to take the original name off of the lease which caused all communication with the office to be done through person that no longer was on the lease. When taking the over charged move out cost and waste of $60 to the office, the manger told us the best they could do was a $25 discount and a forced and sarcastic sorry. Dont waste your time or money and go to a nicer apartment complex

I just moved in and honestly, it has been such an upgrade from my previous apartment complex. The staff has been very prompt with communication, friendly, informative. I love my apartment. There is so much storage space which was a huge selling point for me! I also appreciate that they give discounts on application and admin fees for NHRMC employees. It's such a lovely gesture especially during these difficult times.

This is a negative review because overall I had a negative and weird experience at this apartment complex. Ive lived in many different apartment complexes in different states.. and this one is definitely the weirdest of all. Ill start out by saying the staff/office people are extremely rude and unprofessional. Maintenance men are weird and very awkward, one day I was in the gym and needed to use the restroom so I decided to just go into the office lobbies restroom since its right there, I walked though the back door of the office coming from the pool area, as I step inside, one of the

Staff is very understanding and treats residents like they are real people and not trying to take every penny that their residents have. There could be some better communication between residents and staff as far as updated rules and regulations also a designated visitors parking area or giving each resident a stack of visitors passes to use at their disgression to prevent them from having to go into the office each time they need a pass would be beneficial.
