Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs and cats. However, we cannot accommodate any breeds considered aggressive, breeds that have the potential to weigh more than fifty (50) pounds based on breed standards or any mix of these breeds. We have a 2 pet limit and both animals must equal fifty (50) pounds or less combined!

I’ve been here for almost three years now, and haven’t had one complaint. It’s nice to be able to have a dog park available at any time of the day. Although covid had the pool closed last summer, it’s open this summer and the new lounge furniture and plants have made it feel brand new, and the water stays pretty clear. There’s cozy little hide always and different little gardens hidden all around the grounds, and I love to explore each one and see what kindve flowers and trees they’ve got growing in that specific area. Not to mention our trade-a-book stands, which I love to go through

I lived here 3.5 years and have no complaints. Staff was always helpful and the few repairs I needed were handled promptly. Very convenient location and a great price.

The community is so beautiful and thought highly of it til today. I was approached by the maintenance staff with the nastiest attitude ever over something that could have been handled differently. I stayed positive throughout the conversation and he was still very rude. I reported it to the office and the manager was very apologetic over the situation. She also listened to everything reported without interruption. My mom has lived there for over 17 years and the incident makes me question the attitude of that particular maintenance staff when we are not around . Everyone who lives out there needs

I moved here from Washington State and didn't know the area at all. Robin was so kind and helped me get set up with an apartment at Colonial Park. I ended up getting a spot close to the outdoor pool and never had a problem with parking. I had a two bedroom apartment on the second floor and there was plenty of space for 2 of us to live. Whenever there was a problem, maintenance was quick to respond and fix the issue. In the 2.5 years I lived there it was quiet (minus the main street but to be expected). Not having lived or wanted to live in an apartment for the last 40 years, I must say living here has been a wonderful experience.
The amenities are excellent, sitting areas, dog park, pool, etc. everything you’d want or need.
And I can’t say enough about the staff, if I need anything, maintenance, copies of paperwork, anything, they could not be more helpful.
As someone who dreaded the thought of apartment living, this complex has completely changed my mind.
I would highly recommend Colonial Parke to anyone.

I've been here for 3 years and this place has totally surprised me with all of the upgrades and renovations they have been doing lately....I have always been pretty happy here especially with the size of the apartment you get and the central location. But, everyone has been so awesome, friendly, and helpful (new management??? Not sure). Thank you all for the help this week! Keep it up! Will recommend to all of my friends looking for a home.

Nice park setting. The wildlife was flourishing with tons of birds, squirrels, even geese and their young! It looked like they were in the process of adding more amenities maybe throughout the community? Anyway. You're actually getting a spacious apartment for your buck. Which seems to be rare around here...Great location, 5 minutes from my new job in the area. The girls in the office were friendly, helpful, and smiling. Spoke with a resident during my ride around the property and they seemed pleased to be living here today. Definitely at the top of my list to return to.

Firstly the staff (Robin, I guess), very warm and wonderful people. experience was overall great. A good place to stay with probably the best apartment I ever had. apartments are updated with cool new cupboards at a nice budgeted price. maintenance provides expedient service and peaceful surroundings. One negative is that the laundry room has open doors 24 7 so anyone can walk in and there is no A/C only ceiling fans. Overall I am happy with the apartment, you will not find a 2 bedroom elsewhere in Wilmington for the price they are here. They thoroughly review the applicants as they did with me
