You will find our classes to be informative and you will have fun while learning. Before receiving your South Carolina Real Estate License you must complete this 30 hour South Carolina Post Licensing course, also know as our South Carolina Unit II - Advanced Real Estate Principles.
Real Estate Broker License

If you wish to obtain a South Carolina Broker's license, or become a South Carolina Broker In Charge, you must have your South Carolina Real Estate license for three consecutive years. To obtain your South Carolina Real Estate Broker's License or South Carolina Broker In Charge License, you must complete both the Broker A and Broker B course.
