This business has been built with my blood, sweat and tears. When you come to RKB you are learning the right way to punch and kick by a True Professional.
All my trainers are only trained and certified by me personally. These are Real Kickboxers and Boxers teaching you. You will get an amazing Fitness workout training like a real fighter but never getting hit like one. We do offer sparring class in case you really want to get in the ring. Most people come for FITNESS but just know you are learning self defense, kickboxing and boxing in every class.

It's a place where people not only get in shape but are learning how to protect themselves and turn their bodies into a weapon! We Empower people to Build Self Esteem and Be Confident! I want people to not only know how to protect themselves but to have common sense when it comes to being safe for themselves, their kids and their families!

This will Build their Confidence & Self Esteem and give you the peace of mind that your Child can Protect themself! All training sessions are 45 minute workouts with 15 minutes to prepare/warm up. Allow yourself 15 minutes to cool down after the workout. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and you are responsible for payment if you cancel without that notice.

We are so happy to say that through the hard work of our Fight Like a Girl 5k's, Paint Night, Kick-a-thons and other events we hold through out the year we have granted 3 wishes to wonderful deserving women and 1 wish to a Dad. We just renamed our cause to "KNOCKOUT Wishes" combining our men and women fund raising evenly into all our events.
