Desert Blossom Health & Rehabilitation is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located in east Mesa, Arizona. We are just off East Main Street between South Higley Road and North Power Road, behind Mesa Fire Station #220. We feature 106 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings.
