Canyon Creek is an Arizona State Certified Assisted living home for 10 residents in sunny and safe Gilbert Arizona. We are owned and managed by a Registered Nurse. She is supported by a carefully selected well trained English speaking staff of certified caregivers. Canyon Creek also has one of the highest caregivers to resident ratios in the state!

Canyon Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care is a family owned and operated business by wife and husband team, Heather Harris and Kevin Mace. Heather and Kevin are both public servants and work in the Health and Law Enforcement fields. Heather has been a Registered Nurse for over 12 years and Kevin has worked in Law Enforcement for over 12 years where he specialized in elder related investigations.

Residents are free to bring their own photos, decorations, handicrafts, and other memorabilia to decorate their room as they wish. Inside, our homes are finished like a personal residence, not an institution, with artwork, flowers, decor, and other items that feel like home. Rooms are fully furnished but our residents are welcome to bring approved furniture.
