Sports Physical Therapy
Our sports physical therapy addresses acute injuries and chronic pain through manual treatment, functional movement analysis, and customized rehabilitation plans. We specialize in resolving issues like ITBS, plantar fasciitis, and post-op recovery while enhancing athletic performance. Our approach combines evidence-based techniques with personalized care to ensure long-term recovery and injury prevention for athletes at all levels.
Post-Op Rehabilitation
Post-operative rehabilitation focuses on restoring mobility, strength, and function after surgeries like ACL repairs, rotator cuff reconstructions, and joint replacements. Our therapists use progressive exercise programs and manual therapy to accelerate healing while minimizing re-injury risks. We collaborate closely with surgeons to follow protocols tailored to each patient's surgical needs and athletic goals.
Sports Performance Optimization
This service enhances athletic performance through biomechanical assessments, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning. We identify movement inefficiencies and develop targeted programs to improve speed, power, and endurance while reducing injury risks. Our team works with professionals and youth athletes to build resilience and optimize physical capabilities for competitive success.
Youth Athlete Training
Designed for athletes aged 12+, this program builds foundational strength, mobility, and sport-specific skills using science-based methods. We focus on injury prevention, proper technique, and mental resilience to support long-term athletic development. Sessions include functional training, movement quality drills, and education on nutrition and recovery for young competitors.
Gait Analysis
Gait analysis identifies biomechanical inefficiencies in walking or running patterns that contribute to pain or injury. Using advanced techniques, we assess movement dynamics and prescribe corrective exercises, footwear recommendations, or orthotic solutions. This service helps athletes improve efficiency, reduce impact-related stress, and prevent recurring injuries through targeted interventions.

Clutch is my go-to for PT. Most recent injury involved my knee, and I was treated by Ray Delacruz. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Treatment was thorough and follow-up was excellent. Thanks to Ray I'm back to running and pain-free. I highly recommend Ray and the team at Clutch.

I've been seeing Ray for almost two months now, weekly. I had a nagging pain in my leg that prevented me from sleeping at night, which has been close to completely alleviated in the short time we've been working together. Ray is smart, thorough and a pleasure to be around. I'd recommend him and Clutch PT to anyone looking to rehabilitate from an injury.

I've thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from my sessions with Ray over the past couple months for shoulder and hamstring problems. When I initially reached out in January I spoke to Julie via email and over the phone, and she was immensely helpful in figuring out whether my insurance would cover sessions. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover the cost, but Clutch offered a nice five-pack that helped to reduce the per session cost. Ray did a thorough evaluation during our first session and I felt he really understood my mechanics and the reasons why I was experiencing the pains I had. He

As an athlete, I felt I was in such great hands with Josh. I saw him prior to my first marathon and received excellent care. I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Clutch is a wonderful practice. I've been seeing Ray, and the best part of the practice is that they see you one-on-one, and don't just treat the symptoms. The push is to alleviate pain, keep it from happening again, and that means checking out what has been impacted as your body adapted to protect itself. The time may be longer than other PT places, but I know that I'm less likely to re-injure myself in the same way.
