When we came up with the concept for KAIO FIIT, we wanted to create a place where everyone could come and get a complete exercise Experience. Everything we do starts with programming, which is where the FIIT difference is most evident. Each workout is specifically designed to test you in a different way each day while allowing for active recovery in other areas.

Once your account is confirmed, schedule your first class online using the online schedule. We've got cubbies for storing belongings, complimentary clean towels because we know you'll need them, and antibacterial wipes to clean off equipment when you're done. Avoid body sprays and perfumes, some people have allergies - but please do apply deodorant!.
Pricing and Packages

If purchasing classes online for another student, please register that student and purchase under their name if they are to use the pass. Class Passes may not be shared, transferred, frozen or extended. No refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not purchase our unlimited pass options if you cannot commit to the required time frame.
