Mark is an AFAA certified personal trainer, small group class instructor, and owner of Amherst Fitness. He has a degree in Business Management and has been training for over 10 years now. He is dedicated to helping his clients reach their individual goals. He enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, cycling, tennis, golf, as well as weight training and circuit training.

It is our mission to help you achieve your goals! Each 1-on-1 personal training session is 60 minutes long. Your trainer will be with you on your fitness journey every step of the way, both in and outside of the gym.
