Join Dr. Bryant in the Your Best Birth online course, where she will guide you through breathwork, stretches, and movements to ease your mind and body through pregnancy and giving birth. 25 stretches and strengthening exercises to prepare your body for all stages of pregnancy, labor and postpartum.
