With individual leases you can tailor your experience. Each unit has plenty of personal storage space, granite countertops, and several of our four bedroom units include a covered patio with TV outlets.

We're located at 2371 Cherokee Ridge Way Knoxville, TN 37920, just a few miles from the University of Tennessee. The leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. To help you make it to class on time, we offer a resident shuttle to campus between 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
