Beautiful view but needs to be updated and deep cleaning. We had building 2 room 2204. For the firmness conveyed in visitors letter I thought it would be in better shape.

We stayed with friends at Moose-B-Haven condo on third floor. Condo was very out of date. Kitchen utensils limited, not updated and old. Appliances not user friendly. We ended up cooking every night because location was way atop winding and steep incline roadway. If I knew in advanced where condo location was wouldn't have booked and stayed down in Gatlinburg. We were fearful to drive up hill at night in the dark. Place was dirty, lots of dust on vents in bathroom and around fixtures.

Clean, spacious, good price. Roads up to the condo are narrow and steep, not impossible but be advised.

Enjoyed our stay! Saw one large black bear in the parking lot and then the next day, we saw a mom and three cubs on our ride back up!
