Avoid this place. My mother passed away unexpectedly and since we live so close to Molesworth, we decided to have her taken there. They were clearly more about money than sympathy and your passed loved one. They showed no sympathy. This goes especially for the director. Some of the other staff were very nice. They of course charged for every little thing. $250 for the "sedan" to go pick up the death certificates (which I'm sure were mailed to them anyway.) $650 for the "hearse" to transport my mom from our home, two miles away, to Molesworth. This "hearse" was just a white van. With COVID, we

Mom died in 2011, funeral was good. Problem is someone broke into my home right before, med tampered, screamed threw hidden speakers, the speaker keeps blaming my mom.. But fails to remember when she was in molesworth in a box the person behind the mic who caused the car crashes kept screaming "dearly departed". I would like to press charges against the person that caused the 4/20/2011 car crash.

If I could give a zero I would. We were not welcomed to this funeral home like one should be after the tragic loss of their 5 year old child. There was no compassion whatsoever only business and no accommodations were made to try and help us. We only knew how busy and backed up you were. No thoughtful recommendations on another place that could accommodate the date we needed. Shame on you. Shame on you. We found a beautiful place to handle the arrangements for our daughter, Stauffer in Frederick. Take some lessons them. I hate to know you people had anything to do with transporting my daughter
