Ryans Heating and Air Conditioning is the company that initially installed our heat pump about 7 years ago so when we wanted to have preventative maintenance done this year we contacted them for an appointment. My husband contacted Ryans back in May requesting service and it took them until mid-June to finally come out and service the unit. The costs was $125.00. Four weeks later on Saturday July 20th during the hottest weekend of the year with the heat index between 110 and 115 degrees, our air conditioner stopped working. My husband called Ryans and left a message and he called us back
