Beware of this place. ECO dental from Glendora charged me for services upfront they did not provide. I paid about $75 out of pocket for an extra dental cleaning "laser irritation "they failed to provided. My wife and I have been dealing with Ariana, manager who said will get my refund. My wife have been talking with Ever who informed about 2 months ago that he "will get to the bottom of it" and let us know why the delay of our refund. My wife spoke with Ever today who said that seams that Eco Dental is waiting for delta to refund us. WHY Delta insurance, if I paid out

Do NOT go to this dental office!! We had a consultation for braces and after the shock of $5500 we decided to go to another provider for a 2nd opinion. We then decided to go with the other provider and went to Ecco to cancel braces with their office. We waited over 5 minutes to speak with the front office she walked past and saw us but went into another room so we left. We then called did not get an answer so left a voicemail message to return the call. Nothing. 3rd day sent an email directly to their front office requesting to cancel and to please contact regarding a refund. Still nothing. So

I'm a patient at Eccodental, my experience has always been very pleasant and professional. The front office staff and back office staff are always friendly and attentive. Dr Jáquez is extremely honest, never have felt rushed or pushed to get treatment done. I have been to 15 other dentists. 15! This has been the only dental office I am actually happy to visit. Everything is clean, the waiting room has cookies and coffee, the chairs inside are equipped with Netflix! So, wether you're waiting in the Doctors chair or in the waiting room, you wont mind lol Everyone is soooo friendly. Ariana is extremely helpful and has a great personality. On my first visit she gave me a tour of the office and made me feel super welcome. She does not force me to do anything I am not ready to do, plus she shows me what the main priorities are when I need work done

I was drawn to this office because of their proximity to my house. I read the reviews and thought, why not give them a try.
Dr Jacquez is very professional and did a complete exam. So far, so good. His dental hygienist also did a great job cleaning my teeth. So much for the good stuff.
After my appointment, I was ushered into, what I can only say was, the closers office. Reminded me of trying to buy a new car. I was given a sheet of paper that showed that I needed over $7000.00 worth of dental work. I told them that I would think about it but wanted to get an old filling replaced. My insurance

Great experience with EccoDental so far. I just started with invisalign and they've made everything very smooth and accommodating so far. Considered two other dental providers but one was about $1000 more expensive and the other offered very poor customer service. Joseph, Arianna, and Amber at EccoDental are all super friendly and helpful. So far I've been attended to very quickly and haven't had to wait for anything. Dr. Jaquez seems very knowledgable and very personable. I would highly recommend EccoDental to anyone considering invisalign.

I went to Eccodental about 18 months ago, I called them because the prior dentist I went to didn't care what was wrong with me. I had periodontist disease. She told me there is nothing that she cold do. Dr. Jaquez and Amber and the rest of the staff cared. They said that they would do there best to save as many of my teeth as possible. Well after deep cleanings and more deep cleanings I'm happy to say I may not loose any teeth at all. They also did a procedure on a little growth on my lip again no other dentist or doctor ever cared. Thanks for all you do for me and my family.

I recommend Thai location because of how clean it is and the new equipment that they have . It's been in business for 2 years now . Ariana the office manager is great also . Very friendly and sweet .

I highly recommend this dental practice. The staff is amazing, extremely professional and courteous. The atmosphere is very family oriented, clean and welcoming. Everyone always greets you with the smile everyone dreams they had and they will ensure your smile is the same. Dr. Jaquez and his wife are wonderful and truly care about their patients. I personally elected to have the invisiline braces and I couldn't be more happy. Today was my first visit i also brought my 9 and 10 year old this dental office is amazing the staff is so welcoming and go above and beyond to make you feel confortable the dentist was patient and made my girls feel safe we will be patients as long as there open its very rare to find a dental office where kids are excited to go back! It's an amazing dental clinic!!! Probably the BEST service iv ever had. The doctors were professional, nice and got things done efficiently! Christina and Amber were the two doctors I saw. They were both very nice, patient and delightful and made my experience of X-Ray and Cleaning surprisingly comfortable. The price was reasonable, too. I got a regular check, X-ray and regular cleaning with 44 dollars only! Staff there created a really friendly and cozy environment for me. Doctors and staff talked to me about my teeth problems honestly, not trying to push me to spend a big amount of money

I got referred to Dr. German, by a friend and she insisted I use this Dr. as she has known my struggle. I've been deathly afraid of the dentist for over 10 years now. Due to this fear, I've sat in so many dentist chairs, and I can finally say I found the one that gives me peace and the service I deserve.
