But I have personally seen and experienced the magical powers of the mind body connection and I would love to help you do the same.

I am a crazy cat lady, wine lover and fun seeker and am completely OBSESSED with living my best life while I'm here on this planet AND helping others do the same! I am a massage therapist, mindset master and total goofball. It is absolutely imperative that I laugh out loud every single day! I live with my fiance, Brian and our five rescue cats.

My parents would tell you I have been trying to save the world since kindergarten so there's no surprise I ended up with a career in the wellness industry! I also love a good mystery and the human body sure is that! So much so that after 15 years as a massage therapist specializing in chronic pain and severe stress disorders I still learn something new every day.

Your massage will be customized at each visit to serve your needs that day. Focus areas, goals and approach will be discussed at the beginning of each session. I use a combination of relaxation techniques to calm your mind and prepare your body for healing, and therapeutic techniques to manipulate and release tension patterns in the muscles.
Coaching

My mission as a Massage Therapist and Personal Coach is.to help my clients release all limitations, physical and emotional, so that they can become ALL of who they are meant to be and live a life full of. As a personal coach I help people dive deep into these seemingly simple but deceivingly complex questions.
