You can access your digital key when you arrive at the front door of the hotel on your date on check-in after 3pm. Please follow the instructions on the app when it requests your phone number. It will then send you a verification code via text message to confirm your cell phone number is correct. Head to your room and hold the orange key button down as you hold your phone to the lock transponder.
