Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, The Alfond Inn was built with a $12.5 million grant from the Harold Alfond Foundation.

Winter Park is a doggie paradise with many parks and local shops welcoming dogs. We look forward to welcoming your Very Important Pup to The Alfond Inn in our designated rooms and suites. A nonrefundable service charge of $50 per day and guestroom will be added to your guestroom account. This fee is used for the cleaning of all fabric and carpets after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests occupying the room.

The Alfond Collection of Contemporary Art at Rollins College is, at once, a collection with a point of view and a lesson in the art of our times, social history, civic-mindedness, international affairs, and philanthropy. A work in progress, the collection is the brainchild of Barbara and Theodore Alfond (R'68), noted art collectors and several patrons of art institutions.
