I found Jim using Yelp.com. Like most small business owners the first thing we look at is the prices, however after talking with Jim he gave me a thorough explanation of the video making process and the benefits of well-done video on ROI could have on one's business I was sold. He even took the time to weigh the pros and cons of purely a "commercial" like video vs. a FAQs videos. In which I chose the FAQs format.
