If you are looking for a place to truly call home, I highly recommend Creekview Apartments. After several disappointing experiences in other "luxury" condos/apartment complexes, my partner and I found Creekview, almost by accident, while apartment hunting in the area. I am so thankful that we did. We tired of complexes that promised so many great amenities but were fraught with issues. We were fed up and wanted a small, private and tight knit community. This review is for the property management group, as we did not end up signing a lease here so I cannot comment on the apartments themselves. We were looking for a place to move in the SD county area and reached out to Creek View regarding availability. While they did not have any immediate openings for the floor plan we wanted, Zoe connected us with a near by sister property (Evening Creek) which was close by, had the same floor plan and an open spot. Living the dream here. Been 6 years and we just signed up for another term. Safe clean secure Community behind gates. Gracious landscaping and ample amenities. Every need for maintenance is attentively responded to. Upgraded finishes and fixtures are the norm. I'm a Facilities Director for the USMC with high expectations. Tim, Gamma, Gustavo and Joe meet and exceed our expectations. Highly recommend this property for safety, Community services, special events and a caring high quality environment.

The Halloween festivities they had at the clubhouse were awesome again this year. Everyone looked great and Tim and Isaac did a wonderful job dressed as the Mario Brothers. Everyone had a great time and appreciate the stuff they do for us here at this complex.

I have lived in Creekview for a year and 1/2 now and it is the best place I've lived in San Diego (and I've lived in a lot of places). The amenities are second to none and the staff is absolutely the best! Tim is absolutely fantastic! He truly cares about the community and the residents. When I first moved in my a/c went out during the hottest part of the summer. They immediately scheduled a repair but it was going to take a week. They brought in a portable A/C unit for me to use temporarily. I've read the negative reviews on here. First off, for the most part it's very

We are moving out of Creekview because of our budget and are sad to leave. Our experience has been great this past year. Tim has been incredibly helpful when it came to anything we needed and has a open door policy. He's very quick to take care of any issues and is happy to do so. Thank you Tim for being so awesome! The maintenance staff is also super friendly and has been nothing but helpful. We love that this community is smaller, pet and kid friendly which catered to our family.
