I have not moved in just yet, but I am moving from out of state and have called many other apartments and decided to lease here. Alexandra Villa has been absolutely a great help and has been very understanding to my situation and has made me very hopeful that this was the right place to lease with. I can’t wait to move in!!!

Probably the best apartment complex in IB that offer pools a gym and private patios . Let’s not forget the proximity to the beach ,plenty of parking and storage . This property is very well maintained . The office staff is very accommodating , always aiming to please and sort out any problem that may arise . Let’s not forget the wonderful maintenance team , they not only do their job well but do it in a prompt , friendly and respectful manner ! Love living here and will be here as long as I am in Imperial Beach .

I truly feel at home here. It is very clean and safe and the maintenance crew is the best,right here when we need them. The girls in the office are very professional and helpful and friendly. We renewed our lease and hope to be here for a long time.

This place is awesome and the landlord and staff are amazing. They are so understanding and helpful. They are easy to talk to and really have the best interest for everything. Jonathan helped fix our fridge and walked me through the process of what happened. He also fixed our sink so fast and was literally amazing. He was so kind and helpful. We appreciate Jonathan and the team SO much.

Great place to live, for a place that allows pets it’s the best priced place I could find. They have a great staff that takes care of the premises quite well. All the facilities and amenities are too notch, also they provide bags and trash receptacles for your furry friend’s waste.

The maintenance crew here is wonderful! Last week Frank came to replace my fridge and stove and he was outstanding!!! He was so careful of my things, and understood that I needed to get my food back in the new fridge. I have no concerns when I need to have to have one of this awesome crew in the apartment to do something!!!!

So many problems here.
1. Rent is way to high.
2. POOL IS NEVER CLEAN!!! I don't know who cleans the pool, but it's never CLEAN! It's always green, cloudy, and filled with leaves. I sometimes see him cleaning it and all he does is pour chlorine in it and walk away!
Usually the pool on the other side of the complex is cleaner than other!
3. Roaches EVERYWHERE.
4. Washing and drying machines prices slowly rise, and honestly they don't clean well.
5. Half of the GYM equipment is broken aswell!
Don't even bother to live here.

We have been here for 3 years and plan to go into our retirement here. Mayra and the office staff are very helpful. They are always there for any questions or concerns and greet us with a smile. Jesus and his maintenance team are available to answer questions and are prompt with work orders. We have been very pleased with the response and preparedness of his crew. The location is why we came the people are why we stay.
